Ashtanga: The Ashtanga Primary Series is a set sequence of poses; I will guide you through a modified variation of the primary series, incorporating as many poses as we can in the session and flowing through vinyasa's. We will build flexibility, strength, connection to breath and knowledge of the poses as we move through. This is a dynamic class, starting with sun salutations and breath intention, and ending with a long relaxing savasana. Join us to experience the magic this practice releases! Beginner friendly, experience of yoga preferable.
Join our small, welcoming and very lovely Wednesday evening community - max. of 10 people per class.

Join me for a fast-paced flow derivative of Ashtanga, but with more options for arm balances, inversions, twists and backbends. Prepare to sweat and be playful, leaning into support and laughter as we flow with the breath. You do not need to be able to do arm balances or inversions to attend - the whole point is to try it all and have fun. "Rocket gets you there faster!"- Larry Schultz.

What do I need to bring with me?
Please bring your own mat and a bottle of water (mats are provided at HBY studio for Friday and Saturday classes).
Where can I park?
Wednesday Classes: Parking is available and free on site (Boldre War Memorial Hall, Pilley Street, SO41 5QG, Lymington).
Friday and Saturday Classes (HBY): no onsite parking. On Friday mornings you can park free of charge on the high street. For Saturday classes I recommend Emsworth Road car park.
