Ella is a excellent yoga teacher and beautiful soul! I love her classes - her hands on adjustments have significantly improved my strength, flexibility and alignment. She caters for all different levels of abilities and if you want to be challenged she is happy to show you the harder variations. I love these yoga classes! Ella is one of the lovely people who got me back into yoga and I already feel much healthier mentally and physically after just a few months! Her classes are a perfect mix of difficult whilst also being relaxed and welcoming to beginners. She explains beginner and more advanced versions of the same move which helped me progress easier. She also offers an option of hands on adjustments which helped me improve a lot too! I can really feel a positive difference in my body from Ella’s classes! :)-Jazz
